If you connect a Shopify store to business sierra fulfillment, this section applies in addition to the rest of this policy.

We may receive store, product, inventory, order, shipping, and fulfillment data from Shopify when needed for inventory sync, order processing, and shipment workflows.

We also collect account, configuration, and operational information directly from merchants and authorized users, including settings, notes, and logs about use of the Services.

We do not operate on your storefront and do not place cookies or tracking technologies on your customers’ devices. We may process end-customer information, such as shipping details included in an order, only when that information is provided through Shopify or your use of the Services for fulfillment.

We use Shopify-related information only to provide and improve the Services. We do not use it for unrelated advertising or sell it to third parties.

We retain Shopify-related information while your store remains connected and as needed to provide the Services. When you disconnect Shopify or uninstall the app, we delete or de-identify integration data and related customer shipment fields within a reasonable period, including when required by law or Shopify’s platform requirements.

business sierra fulfillment LLC is based in the United States and is not established in the European Economic Area. Shopify-related information may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.

If you use business sierra fulfillment to process personal information about your customers, employees, or partners, you are responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining any required consents. HexPrep LLC processes that information on your behalf to provide the Services. Contact us if you need a data processing agreement.

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
